Property is a story.
A villa is a physical asset. Demand is a feeling.
Most property marketing is inventory: rooms, amenities, a drone shot, a price. That is necessary. It is not sufficient.
People do not buy square metres. They buy a version of themselves in a place — the late swim, the morning on the terrace, the week they finally unhooked.
That is why Lasso Property exists. Not to post houses. To turn places into things people want to experience. Photography, story, destination content, targeting, and a booking funnel that respects the desire it created.
AFCON will make this sharper. Beds will be scarce. Stories will not be.
